Located near Shawnee, Colorado, and approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Breckenridge, Shawnee Meadows is a premier private fly fishing destination on the North Fork of the South Platte River. This fly-fishing-only property offers nearly a mile of exclusive river access, providing exceptional opportunities for anglers of all skill levels.
A significant environmental restoration project has transformed the property, rebuilding the river channel and restoring the riparian corridor to conditions reminiscent of the early 1900s. The result is a healthy, productive fishery that supports impressive populations of rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout.
The ranch is divided into two private beats, each featuring convenient parking, restroom facilities, and outdoor dining areas. Combining outstanding fishing, beautiful scenery, and carefully restored river habitat, Shawnee Meadows offers a truly memorable day on the water.
